Nik has been licensed selling real estate in San Diego for 11 years. In 2013 Nik opened his own brokerage, Shorebreak Real Estate. Since then his tight knit team has successfully helped hundreds of San Diego home sellers.

Nik started his career in Real Estate investments acting as lead acquisition agent for some of the largest investment firms in San Diego. Nik helped build a system for acquisition and disposition of hundreds of assets secured at the San Diego Trustee sales. The knowledge Nik gained from this experience has given him an edge in the retail market, helping him establish the number 1 discount brokerage firm in town.
When Nik is not working he is an avid surfer and attends regular "Board Meetings". He enjoys spending time with his 2 boys Isaac & Everett and his wife Tina. Nik's passion is his family, traveling, making music, art and cooking.
